SOME ONLINE BOOKING REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING

If you wish to use Afterpay for services that require a deposit
 then you MUST visit the salon to make your booking. Our Afterpay is not available on-line.

Like yours our time is very precious to us, we ask that you understand the importance of booking an appointment and the consequences of not showing up or cancelling one.  Your deposit is not refundable - it is required to pay for our time that you are scheduling, a time slot that my not be able to be filled when cancellations or no-show's occur without sufficient notice

If you require a booking in a couple of hours
you may need to phone the salon as availability may not show in online booking

CHANGING APPOINTMENTS
If you book an appointment and then wish to change it,
 you must ring the salon and tell the staff that you have appointment and wish to change it.
 Failure to contact the salon could result in you loosing your deposit.

 Payments can be made through PayPal or if you don't have a PayPal account scroll past PayPal button to
 'PAY WITH A CARD'
 this will then go through PayPal as a PayPal guest.

Hat Consultations will be required to pay a deposit to ensure that you come to the time allotted by you
Your deposit will be deducted from final cost or returned if you don't wish to have a hat made, you must attend the appointment to receive your deposit back. 

It is recommended that all new clients to Eyelash extensions book in for a Patch test 24-48 hours before booking any of our eyelash extension services, you will find this service in the eyelash extension section,
 this test is only necessary once and is complimentary.  

Clients from other salons my book in for infills however,
 if your lashes are not in good conditions it may be suggested that you require a removal of old lashes first.

You may be able to Reschedule your appointment from 48 to 12 hours before your appointment
 by phoning the salon if we have time available.
